Landmark Australia required a new company brochure that needed to tell it’s story, position the company as a market leader and provide the sales team with a tool to use for established and new business. A challenge we were happy to take on!
Getting the balance right between corporate overview and sales promotion was key as the brochure needed to work at large-scale trade fairs plus as a useful tool for sales meetings and intimate client visits.
Our research showed that too much corporate story telling and bragging or too much focus on sales and product specification would render the brochure one dimensional. We needed a brochure that could flex to both requirements.
The main idea behind the brochure was to ignite interest and promote further discussion between the client and Landmark (not to sell directly from). Like a resume gets you the interview NOT the job, this brochure would perform in a similar manner.
